Booking Terms

This document is a working draft prepared for review. Please have it checked and approved by a qualified professional, then replace it with your final wording before launch.

Making a Booking

To confirm a booking, we require the details of all travellers, acceptance of our quotation and payment of the agreed deposit. A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation.

Deposits and Balance

A deposit secures your arrangements. The remaining balance is due by the date stated in your booking confirmation, which is typically before travel documents are issued. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

Traveller Details

It is your responsibility to ensure that all names, dates and details provided are accurate and match the travel documents of each traveller. Charges may apply for corrections after tickets are issued.

Amendments

Amendments are subject to availability and supplier conditions. Amendment fees may apply in addition to any difference in price.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges depend on the suppliers involved and how close the cancellation is to departure. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

Travel Documents

We will provide your travel documents once full payment has been received and all supplier confirmations are in place. Please check all documents carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

Supplier Terms

Your booking is also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers, including airlines, hotels and tour operators. These may include additional rules on changes, baggage and cancellation.

Special Requests

Special requests such as room preferences, dietary requirements or seating are passed to suppliers on a request basis. We cannot guarantee that they will be met.
