Cancellation & Refund Policy
Overview
This policy explains how cancellations, amendments and refunds are handled. Because travel arrangements involve multiple suppliers, the terms below are general and the specific conditions for your booking will be confirmed in writing.
Cancellations by You
All cancellations must be submitted to us in writing. The date we receive your written cancellation is the date used to calculate any charges. Cancellation charges are determined by the suppliers involved and typically increase as departure approaches.
Non-Refundable Elements
Some elements of a booking, such as certain airline tickets, promotional rates, event tickets and permits, may be non-refundable or non-transferable. Where this applies, it will be indicated in your booking confirmation.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is due, we will process it promptly after receiving the funds back from the relevant supplier. Refunds are usually returned using the original payment method. Processing times vary by supplier and payment provider.
Amendments Instead of Cancellation
In some cases, amending a booking may be more economical than cancelling. Please contact us as early as possible to discuss the options available.
Cancellations by Suppliers
If a supplier cancels a service, we will notify you and, where possible, arrange a suitable alternative or a refund in line with the supplier's terms.
Force Majeure
Where travel is affected by events beyond our control — such as natural disasters, strikes, epidemics or government restrictions — refunds and alternatives are subject to supplier policies and applicable law.
