Agreement
By using this website or engaging Travel Without Borders to arrange travel services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Our Role
Travel Without Borders arranges travel services with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transfer providers and tour operators. We act as an intermediary between you and those suppliers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Quotations and Pricing
Quotations are based on information available at the time and may change until a booking is confirmed. Prices are subject to availability, currency fluctuations, taxes and supplier conditions.
Bookings and Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once we have received the required payment and issued written confirmation. Until then, arrangements are not guaranteed.
Passports, Visas and Health
It is your responsibility to ensure you hold valid passports, visas, health documentation and any other entry requirements for your destination. We can provide guidance but final responsibility rests with you.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, delay, loss and other risks.
Changes by You
Requests to change a confirmed booking are subject to supplier availability and any applicable amendment charges. Please refer to our Booking Terms and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Changes by Suppliers
Occasionally, suppliers may need to make changes to schedules, accommodation or services. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and work to find a suitable alternative.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Travel Without Borders is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Travel Without Borders is established, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
